FOUNDER
Mathilda Ljungberg is a Creative Director and Brand Strategist with nearly a decade of experience across social media, brand strategy, and creative leadership within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.
Her career has spanned consultancy, freelance, and in-house leadership, providing a unique perspective on how modern brands operate, communicate, and grow.
Before founding Wême Studio, she led global creative at SACHAJUAN, shaping brand strategy, creative direction, and communication across more than 30 international markets. Her work included global campaigns, large-scale productions, immersive brand experiences, and long-term creative transformation in collaboration with teams and partners across EMEA, the US, and APAC.
Earlier in her career, she built and scaled her own social platforms while partnering with brands including Pinterest, NA-KD, University of Borås, Juicy Couture, and Xlash Cosmetics. Beginning as a content creator and later moving into strategic and leadership roles gave her a rare dual perspective—understanding both the creative process and the commercial realities behind brand growth.
Today, she works closely with founders, leadership teams, and marketing organizations to strengthen brand identity, develop creative capability, and build systems that connect strategic thinking with practical execution.
Originally from Sweden, with experience across Stockholm, Paris, Copenhagen, and London, she is driven by a passion for craftsmanship, storytelling, and beauty. She believes the strongest brands are not only desired, but remembered—built at the intersection of vision, relevance, and creativity.

Wême Studio was founded from a simple observation: the way brands build creative capability has fundamentally changed.
